Isam will discuss HQ's recently completed unique design of the Harugei Malchut Apartment complex and the challenges that accompanied the planning and execution of the project.
The project is a TAMA 38 (Evacuation-Construction) project in north Tel Aviv where the apartments surround an open interior patio, which strengthens the community bond between the building's residents, despite the increase in scale.
